How to Get Started.

  • To activate your GT-SimPay
  • Visit any GTBank branch nationwide
  • Go to the Customer Service Officer
  • Complete and sign the registration form
  • Return to the Officer
  • Your account will be profiled
  • Change your PIN instantly
  • You will receive a success SMS


To check your Account Balance.

  • Select GTSIMPAY on your STK menu
  • Select Banking
  • Select Balance
  • Select account
  • Enter secret PIN & OK to send
  • You will receive a confirmation SMS for the transaction and the account balance


To change your PIN.

  • Select GTSIMPAY on your STK menu
  • Select Settings
  • Select Telecom (your service provider)
  • Select Change PIN
  • Input default PIN (12345)
  • Input NEW PIN (must be 6 digits)
  • Verify new PIN and OK to send
  • You will receive a success SMS


How to do Bank Transactions.

To transfer between your own GTBank Accounts

  • Select GTSIMPAY on your STK menu
  • Select Banking
  • Select Telecom (your service provider)
  • Select Change PIN
  • Input default PIN (12345)
  • Input NEW PIN (must be 6 digits)
  • Verify new PIN and OK to send
  • You will receive a success SMS


To transfer to Other GTBank Account(s).

  • Select GTSIMPAY on your STK menu
  • Select Banking
  • Select Transfer GTBank
  • Select Source Account Type
  • Enter Destination Account number
  • Enter Amount and confirm transaction
  • Enter secret PIN and OK to send
  • You will receive a confirmation SMS for the transaction


How to do Bank Transactions.

To transfer to Another Bank Account(s)

    • Select GTSIMPAY on your STK menu
    • Select Banking
    • Select Transfer Other
    • Select Another Account
    • Select Source Account Type
    • Enter BBAN number
    • Enter Destination Person Name
    • Enter Bank Name
    • Select Destination Account Type
    • Enter Amount and confirm transaction
    • Enter secret PIN and OK to send
    • You will receive a confirmation SMS for the transaction


How to Pay Bills

To pay Electricity Bills from your Account

      • Select GTSIMPAY on your STK menu
      • Select Payments
      • Select Pay Utilities
      • Select Electricity
      • Enter Meter number (11 digits)
      • Select Source Account Type
      • Enter Amount and confirm transaction
      • Enter secret PIN and OK to send
      • You will receive a confirmation SMS for the transaction and your electricity token


How to Recharge Airtime

To recharge Airtime from your Account

 

  • Select GTSIMPAY on your STK menu
  • Select Recharge
  • Select Products and the mobile network you want to recharge
  • Enter the mobile number
  • Enter Airtime Amount and confirm transaction
  • Enter secret PIN and OK to send
  • You will receive a confirmation SMS and the airtime

 


To check your last 3 airtime transactions

  • Select GTSIMPAY on your STK menu
  • Select Recharge
  • Select last 3 transactions
  • Enter secret PIN and OK to send
  • You will receive a confirmation SMS of the last 3 transactions
