 How do I sign up? 

Easy!  

Simply fill out and return the application form to the nearest branch of Guaranty Trust Bank. You will be advised via email of your internet banking User ID and Password within 24 hours!!

How do I use Internet Banking? 

It is easy. The first step is to sign on. 

Click internet banking and logon to your account by supplying your User ID and Password. 

Does this affect my regular transactions in any way? 

No!  

You may continue with your regular transactions in just the same way as you have always done. The Guaranty Trust internet banking offers you a convenient and cost effective means of enjoying our banking services. 

To have access to this service you must be a Guaranty Trust customer. The service grants you access to all the functions listed in this brochure, through the use of your User ID and Password. Do not disclose your pass code to anybody. If your pass code becomes known to a third party, you must immediately change it and you should inform us if your pass code is forgotten so that we can re-create another one for you.

You must understand that disclosing your User ID and Password to a third party shall be sufficient confirmation of the authenticity of any instruction given or transaction initiated. Therefore , Guaranty Trust will assume that any instruction given with your User ID and Password is originating from you.
