You can now access your accounts) and enjoy our banking services using your GSM phones. 

How do I sign on?

Easy! Simply fill out and return the attached application form to the nearest branch of Guaranty Trust Bank. You will be advised of your Mobile Banking PIN (Personal Identification Number) within 24hours. The PIN is matched with your registered GSM number so that only requests sent from your phone number are treated. 

How do I use this service?

Its easy. The first step is to sign on. Then you can begin to enjoy our mobile banking services by sending instructions, using the text messages (SMS) feature on your GSM phone, to the GTBANK mobile banking phone line 076 699000: Thereafter you will receive a response on your phone confirming the status of your request (s).

There should always be a space between the codes. Codes in bold are optional. When Account Number is omitted, your default account is assumed.

STATEMENT BY E-MAIL (GTMail)

This service enables customers to receive their statements by email. With this application customers will instantly receive their statements at the end of the statement period in their email boxes. It makes no difference therefore where in the world you are located; you still will receive the statement of your accounts.

GUARANTY TRUST ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION SYSTEM (GeNS) 

This service notifies the customer via email to your email box anytime a transaction (Debit or Credit)  takes place in your account. The notification that is sent to your email box gives full details of the transaction.
