• Support for Health

Considering the growing need for support for Breast Cancer in the country, GTBank made a huge donation to the Pink Charity foundation in 2007 in support for the prevention of the deadly disease. Several other donations have been given to this foundation and to the Well Woman Clinic to help them fight the cause.

The bank engaged in the fight against the illicit use of Drugs by observing and sponsoring the UN International Day against Drugs and Illicit Trafficking. GTBank also became a part of the Business Coalition Against Aids in Sierra Leone (BCAASL), conducted a voluntary HIV/AIDS counseling and Testing programme for all staff and took part in the sponsored walk against AIDS on the 1^st of December, 2009 (World Aids Day).
